Jonathan Reis, MD

Dr. Jonathan Reis is Managing Partner at Extera Partners and a seasoned life sciences executive. He was formerly CEO of Censa Pharmaceuticals, which was acquired by PTC Therapeutics in 2020. He also founded and led Corporate Development at Intera Oncology, acquired by Boston Scientific Corporation in 2025. Dr. Reis previously headed the Life Sciences division at Armory Securities and is the Founder and a Board Member of Acer Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ACER). He holds an MD and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
David Dove, MD

Dr. David Dove is a healthcare entrepreneur and executive with a track record of successful exits. He co-founded and served as Executive Chairman of Intera Oncology, acquired by Boston Scientific in 2025. He was previously CEO of Aeris Therapeutics, Advanced BioHealing (acquired by Shire Pharmaceuticals), and TEI Biosciences. Dr. Dove earned his MD from NYU School of Medicine and his MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Daniel Gressel, PhD
Chief Financial Officer, Director
Dr. Daniel Gressel brings deep financial expertise and economic insight to the team. He is the founder and owner of Teleos Management, based in Riverside, Connecticut. His prior experience includes roles at GT Management in Hong Kong and San Francisco, and as a professor of economics at Baruch College in New York. Dr. Gressel holds both an MA and a PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago.
